You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.
~ Jane Goodall
Each new day we have a wonderful opportunity to make an impact on the world. You can live intentionally by deciding two things when you wake up. 1. You decide to be happy no matter what your day turns out to be and no matter what is currently going on in your life right now and 2. decide you will make an impact on the world whether big or small no matter what may be happening in your life right now These two decisions have a way of transforming your energy and your mindset to focus only on the best possible outcome for your day. Claim time for yourself at the start of each day. Time is our greatest asset. If we are intentional in how we use it, we have a better chance of living the life we want. How you start each day plays a big role in being intentional. Find a few minutes to think about how you want to spend your day, both in terms of time and the thoughts you want to have. Prayer, meditation, exercise and a little quiet time to think can have a monumental impact on your day, week and year. Reflect on when you can create this thinking and planning time, and where this can best occur. Most important decisions and changes begin after you’ve had the time to really think about what you want. Find a quiet corner to pause —make the time in your busy life. Remember, consistency is the evidence of belief. Keep smiling at the person in the mirror.
What you do has far greater impact than what you say.
~ Stephen Covey
