Almond Breeze is making its first foray into the metaverse with a limited collection of banana almond milk NFTs.
The initiative, called #APEFUL, will “fuel the apes of the metaverse” and bring banana almond milk closer to its virtual fans.
While there has been no shortage of ape-themed NFTs, there hasn’t been art created specifically for the apes until now, the company claim.
The plant milk brand is launching 1,000 free NFTs, including 3 randomly selected tokens that come with a subscription for a year-long supply of Almond Breeze blended with real bananas.
In addition, 5% of each resale will be donated to Future Farmers of America to support the next generation of growers.
The #APEFUEL project was created by creative agency TBWA\Chiat\Day LA.
The NFTs are available on March 16 2022 and will be free to purchase. The waitlist will open on March 9 at and those on the list will gain early access on March 15.
