The moment I am unsettled and I submit myself to love, everything changes. I become settled.
Whenever you find yourself getting unbalanced, uncertain and unstable, what do you do to regain your cool? When you find yourself becoming negative or clouded by tension, how do you shift your mood? This not so great state of mind happens to the best of us. Everyone experiences these moments but our reactions and responses are not the same. There is a technique that you can employ to immediately snap you out of it. 1. Acknowledge the moment and your feelings 2. Ask yourself if these feelings or emotions or thoughts are helping you in any way, does it solve the problems or issues and 3. Begin to visualise in your mind things and people you love. The moment you shift your focus to love, your energy changes. You cannot feel fear and love at the same time. As you focus more on love, you will notice your body, heartbeat, tension or feelings of displacement begin to reduce. Love is the most powerful emotion in the Universe, it operates on the same frequency as what holds the Universe together. As you get deeper into this overwhelming feeling of love, reflect on the outcomes you seek, balance, certainty and stability. The key thing here is you must submit to the feelings of love, submission means you have intentionally and deliberately blocked all other emotions. Remember, consistency is the evidence of knowing. Keep smiling at the person in the mirror.
Love and fear or hate cannot be in the same place at the same time. Allow love to occupy your inner space.
