Reflections on Adinkra Master Class “Negative Thinking”
MANY OF THE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES ARE ALLERGIC TO NEGATIVE THINKING. JOIN THEM. BE KIND. BE WISE.

Some people are naturally allergic to negative thinking and pessimism. They have an active daily mental filter which automatically removes or blocks out incoming thrash. It works like a miracle.

Reflections on Adinkra Master Class "Negative Thinking"

How do you develop a mindset and a system that immediately transforms a negative situation into a positive one? It’s a given that each day the world will throw all sorts of issues, challenges, impediments and blockers at you. How do you find the right balance to consistently smile at the person in the mirror without losing touch with the reality around you? Some even ask if it is practical or realistic to dispense or remove negative thinking or to have a daily consistent mental attitude of positive thinking. Others ask if positive thinkers are not living in denial or trying to put a positive spin to everything as part of an avoidance strategy. Is it even possible to go from day to day without feeling down or negative or less than optimistic? Lots of questions. Well, no matter what “practical or realistic” people think, positive thinking or maintaining optimism in every situation is not only healthy it is the only way human societies have been able to grow and thrive. Nothing in the positive thinking community says you must not apply critical thinking or common sense to your idea or notion of optimism. Imagine the moments of your life when you were negative or pessimistic, think about how you felt, was it good? No. Then flip it, imagine when you are positive and optimistic, how does it make you feel? Negative or pessimistic thinking has a huge amount of negative impact on your body and overall health (psychosomatic illnesses). Feeling good has massive health benefits for your life so why would you not want to feel good every single day. You have no right to make yourself feel bad. Finally, a few tips, whenever you have one negative thought replace it with two positive thoughts (do it intentionally), do daily affirmations, meditate often on love and inner peace and do things that puts you in a good space, eat good healthy food, listen to inspirational music, go for walks, go to the park or use your garden to relax. Remember, consistency is the evidence of knowing (when you know, you’ve moved beyond belief). Keep smiling at the person in the mirror

When you justify negative thinking and pessimism, you invite worry, doubt and sickness into your life. Embrace your power. Love yourself.
