TRAIN YOUR MIND DAILY: USE YOUR VALUES AND PURPOSE TO KEEP YOU FOCUSED. GUARD AND GROW YOUR MIND OR ELSE THE WORLD WILL FEED (POLLUTE) IT WITH WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. YOU ARE ONLY AS POWERFUL AS YOUR MIND AND THE QUALITY OF WHAT YOU PUT INSIDE. BE KIND. BE WISE.
Your mind is a beautiful garden, you can fill it with weeds or you can fill it with flowers. The choice is yours. I prefer flowers and love
Training your mind daily with your values is an act of love. You must renew your vows to yourself and your values daily. You must be able to apply your values to what you think and do. You will know someones values when they write or open their mouth to speak, their values will introduce them. Be careful not to allow other peoples bad energy or dysfunctional behaviour to affect you. Train your mind to be able to walk away from conflict. Train your mind to accept that life is full of ups and downs. Train your mind to be able to filter the sense from the nonsense of life. Training your mind is way beyond education and school or university, it is more than just reading, memorising and repeating what you’ve learnt. You cannot simply copy and paste old experiences into new ones, you must add filter and add value to become wiser in the present moment. Every experience is both an experiment and a lesson, once you accept this, you won’t get fixated on the experiment, the lesson(s) should be able to guide you when going into a new or a similar experience. Train your mind to be able to obey your commands from your higher consciousness. Training your mind requires you to align your daily behavior and actions to your purpose, values and principles. Each day you must train your mind so you can control your thoughts and your mouth and more importantly what comes out of it. Training leads to self discipline, it can also lead to a sense of abundance and wealth. A daily decision to be happy is part of this mind training. If you don’t train your mind you will be exposed and corrupted by all the rubbish out in the world. Learn to ignore things that have no material impact on your life especially useless debates, arguments and opinionated people. Focus on training yourself to be the best version of you. Focus on self love and self growth. Remember, consistency is the evidence of knowing (when you know, you’ve moved beyond belief). Keep smiling at the person in the mirror.
Your mind is more powerful when you apply the filter of your values and principles to what you think, say and do.
You don’t need a reason to be happy, just a choice. It’s a beautiful world, enjoy it. Dream. Explore. Discover. Happy Days. A Grand Day to You.
