Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle is once again out here speaking about her, and it looks like he’s gonna keep going if Meghan doesn’t get in touch. While speaking to Good Morning Britain, Thomas said, “I pretty much will give an interview and wait for 30 days for some kinda answer back. If I don’t get one back, then I’ll try another interview. That’s about the only shot I have….After this interview, if I don’t hear from someone in 30 days, then I will try again. I don’t want to sit in silence in my living room for the rest of my life waiting for someone to get back to me.”
Just going out on a limb here, but maybe the fact that Meghan hasn’t gotten in touch is because she…IDK, doesn’t want to speak to someone who breaks her confidence and trust on national TV? Either way, Thomas claimed he’s still trying to reach out to his daughter directly, saying, “I’ve spoken and sent letters to Doria to get to Meghan as well, and that hasn’t happened. So no, I’m at their mercy.”
In the same interview, Thomas had the audacity to claim, “I don’t think that she is being bullied in any way or any shape because of racism.” (Anyone who uses social media knows this couldn’t be further from the truth).To be clear, this dude is in no way, shape, or form qualified to speak on Meghan’s experience with racism AT ALL. The fact that it’s even up for debate during this interview is reprehensible.
