Ghana Premier League club Hearts of Oak have denied signing former Black Stars midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari.
There were reports on Friday that the former AC Milan and Inter Milan midfielder has been snapped up by the Ghanaian side.
But the club says despite being a “great player and a friend of the club”, Sulley has not been signed.
“We will continue to unveil the players we have signed,” the club tweeted on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
The club urged all Phobians to rely on its official handles for such information.
@HeartsOfOakGH is the Premier club in Ghana and will continue to set the standards, we therefore urge our supporters not to rely on information unless it comes from our official handles.
