You can easily grow these vegetables even in the smallest space

Onions

Cut the onion at the root and remove the excess onion to leave only the root. Put in a pot or jar and cover with earth. Remove the onions after the green parts have turned yellow and fall off.

Ginger

Leave it in warm water all night. The next morning, remove and separate the growing areas. Cut and plant it in the ground so that the growths are turned upwards. Add a little water and store it in a warm place, but not in direct sunlight.

Potato

Cut the potatoes in half and toothpick on the side you haven’t cut. Then place it in a beaker so that the toothpicks will stick to the edge of the beaker and the bottom will touch the water. Change the water every two days, and once the roots reach 10-13cm, it’s time to plant them in the soil.

Green salad

Cut the root of the salad and place it in a glass of water. The leaves will start to form in 5-7 days and then transfer the salad to the ground. Remove the leaves when they are 15-20 cm long.

Young onions

Cut the tops of a few young onions and put them in a glass of water so that the roots are in the water. Change the water every two days and transplant it into the ground after 5-7 days.
