Obstacles can’t stop you. Problems can’t stop you. Most important of all, other people can’t stop you. Only you can stop you.
~ Jeffrey Gitomer
Regardless of your age you are still evolving and learning about who you are. It’s one of those amazing facts of life that is both incredible and unstoppable. One really fascinating insight about many self aware people or those who feel a higher sense of purpose or successful or happy people is how they make decisions, they follow their Intuition or gut. Intuition is a powerful subject that is not always fully explored by the majority of us however we have used it so many times that we actually take it for granted. What is that makes you decide “this is right for me” or “this is the path I must take”. Intuition (inner tuition or learning or our gut) is a powerful part of your life. As you are developing your intuition and your awareness of who you really are, are you relying upon and placing confidence in yourself and what you know to be true for you? Trusting yourself is a process. Your self trust grows with your intention and your level of trust can be different about different things. You may trust your instincts and yourself in some things, like making a decision whether you want to stay in a job or not or if you like or trust a certain person or making a major life changing decision about what you really want to do with the rest of your life. Trusting yourself more is really a process. You are gaining confidence in who you are and becoming the person you feel comfortable with. Remember, consistency is the evidence of belief. Keep smiling at the person in the mirror.
People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When they believe in themselves they have the first secret of success.
~ Norman Vincent Peale
